Grips
Flangeless ribbed grips are Inspired by the Dimondback Team Grips. Using varied diameter horizontal grip pattern, enhances hand grip and control by utilizing finger cavities that fit the hand more atomically. This Pattern keeps hands cool, channels sweat, and prevents hands from slipping off the sides of the bars (during toboggan). The ribbed pattern also disperses weight and feels softer while maintaining a high rubber durometer to prevent wear. Flanges are replaced by an ergonomic thumb fitting grip end used to enhance control and comfort. The radii on the grip ends allow a fist to grip the bar in a more natural, neutral position by allowing the thumb to wedge beside the fist rather than below it.

Stems
Stems are aesthetically and functionally fun to think about. Primitive clamping mechanisms have left room for companies to experiment with creative, less traditional clamping. Though few alternative clamping stems stuck around the industry, I think the traditional shape and engineering is flawed. 6 steel bolts adds about 11.7 grams to a stem leaving a lot of tapped holes that may affect the structural integrity of aluminum and leaves 6 possibilities for stripping out a tight bolt.
Stems are death traps, boneyards for knees caps and shin bones. The traditional fork clamping space behind the steer tube should be a soft shape with blunt corners. The left and right sides of a stem make contact with your shin during tricks like vader slides. A soft bow along these side faces would fit your leg ergonomically in during these tricks.

Pedals
Pedals make up half of the contact points your body shares with your bike. This makes them a key element to bike control. While pins on one side of the pedal keep your shoes locked in place, the pins on the other side are getting ground down.
Is there a way to sink the pins below the highest point of the pedal body, thus tucking the pins under the contact plain of a ledge (or rail)? Or is there another option beyond pins for pedal grip?
